I need a rss/reader/aggregator whatever that?

will let me email the feeds. Specifically I am trying to help out one of my older relatives from a distance that is doing genealogy and historic compilations on our city, that kind of thing.
I wanted to be able to either get in my email and forward or give him something he could easily sign up for and receive just items with specific keywords. Any ideas?

Opera has its own RSS reader included, and so does Firefox.
