Some more notes…..
Blogging and providing value on others’ blogs (and your own) is a serious traffic strategy. Just go comment on some blogs! It won’t be long before you develop relationships, generate traffic, and create joint ventures at some point.
Granted I am no expert, but I believe it. Blogging creates traffic, whether we understand the exact science or not, it seems to be a highly effective traffic strategy.
A good way to find good blogs to participate at is http://www.winningtheweb.com/im-top-blogs/. Not that you have to go to the high volume blogs, but you want to visit where you can see value content, giving or receiving.
http://www.johnchow.com/ may be a good example of a quality high volume blog. http://www.deanholland.com may be a good example of a quality growth blog (fellow Alex Jeffreys student).

Hi Rob,
Your blog looks great! Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. Yes, I’m just starting into the web 2.0 venue and have so much to learn. Seems like there’s never enough time in the day!
Best of luck,
Debbie

Hi Rob,
Thanks for coming over to Gary-Land just recently and making a comment. Glad you really liked my Time in Motion ACTION Planner.
Hey Rob! I gotta say it WASN’T REAL OBVIOUS how people can add a comment to your blog. I was a bit mystified until I started clicking around. You need to FIX that Rob – make it OBVIOUS. Otherwise your visits will be negligible (as you mentioned over at Gary-Land).
Having said that I see Debbie (above) also worked it out – LOL!
Anyway, hope I have been able to give you a bit of a tip there Rob.

Thanks for your help.

Hey Rob,
Thanks a lot for the mention of the WTW top blogs list. Would you mind turning that into an actual link so that it’s easier to click on?
